GoldMate is an Australian small-business finance dashboard operated by Golden & Co. ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe. You must be 18+ and authorised to act for your business. You agree to give accurate information during sign-up (real email, real business details).
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Card required upfront. If you don't cancel before day 14, you're charged the monthly fee on the card you provided. Cancel any time through Settings → Manage subscription.
3-year price-lock guarantee: subscribers keep their signup price for 36 months of continuous subscription. After 36 months, we may adjust prices with at least 90 days' written notice to the email on file. You may cancel at any time without penalty.
Your business data is yours. We never sell it, never share it with third parties for advertising, and never train AI models on it.
We store it on Supabase (AWS Sydney region, AES-256 encrypted at rest). Only you and our on-call engineers (with audit logs) can access it.
You can export every row you own at any time. You can delete your account at any time — we purge within 30 days.
GoldMate is a tool, not an accountant. Tax estimates, BAS figures, depreciation schedules and AI responses are helpful starting points — always verify with a registered tax agent or ATO guidance before lodging. We are not liable for tax outcomes, late payments, or ATO penalties.
Don't upload anyone else's data without permission. Don't try to break the service, abuse the AI (Aurum) beyond your tier allowance, or use the app for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
We might add features, remove less-used ones, or change how things work. If a change materially affects what you pay for, we'll give you 30 days' notice in-app or by email.
To the maximum extent allowed by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We don't exclude non-excludable guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes go to Victorian courts.
