Every plan starts with 14 days free. You're not charged until day 14 — so there's nothing to refund if you cancel during the trial. Just hit Cancel in Settings → Manage subscription.
You can cancel at any time. You'll keep full access until the end of the month you already paid for, and we won't charge you for the next month.
Email hello@goldmate.au and tell us why. If we can't fix it, we'll refund your first paid month in full. One question we'll ask: "what broke for you?" — we genuinely want to know.
Double-charged? Charged after cancel? Currency issue? Email us — we fix it. Usually within 24 hours on business days.
This policy sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law — it doesn't replace them. If you believe you're entitled to a refund under the ACL that goes beyond this policy, let us know.
